  • Yes. We offer a trial period (typically 1–2 weeks) so you can evaluate fit before making a longer-term commitment.

  • Our talent network spans multiple African countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, and South Africa. All candidates are trained and supported to work effectively in global remote teams.

  • We focus on matching employers with professionals who have strong English communication skills and experience collaborating across time zones. Most of our talent overlaps well with UK and European working hours.

  • Yes, Ziti Academy offers scholarship-supported training to ensure cost is not a barrier. We also offer sponsored programs in partnership with employers and development organisations
