Powering Futures is Ziti Group’s flagship impact program, unlocking the next generation of African AI professionals.
Already, we have opened doors for over 100 students, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and direction to step into the global AI economy. But this is just the beginning.
Our mission is bold: to unlock access for 1,000 individuals by the end of this year.
We go beyond traditional training, focusing not just on skills, but on unlocking real pathways into work. Through partnerships with forward-thinking employers, we connect talent to internships, real-world experience, and meaningful roles.

Select a training pathway and sponsor a learner’s journey.

2. Beneficiary Matching
Within 48 hours, you’ll be matched with a beneficiary for an introduction.

3. Programme Enrolment
Your beneficiary is enrolled into the next available cohort and begins their training.

4. Career Pathways Support
After graduation, they enter our career support programme, including job readiness, placements, and continued development.
Not every learner has access to the basic tools required to succeed.
Through our Access Project, sponsors can fund the donation of laptops to high-potential candidates across Africa.
Your support helps remove one of the biggest barriers to entry-access technology ensuring talent is not limited by circumstance.
